He has been instrumental in helping me produce my first album and I'm so grateful to have found someone this thoughtful, detail oriented, and passionate to show me the ropes. One thing I appreciate is how he explains techniques and then allows space for her to make creative decisions, and he respects those decisions. He doesn't dumb things down and he asks lots of open-ended questions. Having kids and a full work schedule makes it hard to find time to drive to different appointments. Josh takes that problem out of the equation. Not to mention he's professional, affordable, knowledgable, a good communicator and has an ear for music I didn't know existed. He's taught me so much during the in-home mixing lessons we've had. He also mastered one of my songs and I love the way it turned out.
